The working principle of CCD screen printer mainly relies on the synergy of CCD camera, positioning system, screen printing head, motion system and control system. First, the CCD camera captures the image information of the object to be printed through the visual system and transmits this information to the control system. The control system calculates the position and angle of the screen printing head based on the image information, and drives the screen printing head to move to the correct position through the motion system to start printing. During the printing process, the positioning system will continuously detect the position and angle of the printed object, and adjust the position and angle of the screen printing head according to the detection results to ensure the printing quality. 12
