Production Process
1. Ordinary aluminum silicate cotton is a flocculent fiber made of hard clay clinker melted in a resistance furnace and sprayed.
2. High-aluminum aluminum silicate cotton is a flocculent fiber made of high-purity alumina and silica powder as raw materials, melted in a resistance furnace and sprayed.
3. Zirconium-containing aluminum silicate cotton is a flocculent fiber made of high-purity alumina, silica powder and zircon sand as raw materials, melted in a resistance furnace and sprayed.
4. The colloidal aluminum silicate cotton is made by adding a certain proportion of binder during the blowing process of the above cotton.
Technical features
1. Low thermal conductivity and low heat capacity.
2. Excellent thermal stability, chemical stability and sound absorption.
3. No corrosive substances.
application
1. Interlayer filling of equipment.
Oven heat insulation not electric insulation
